My 20 y.o. is in need of a reasonably priced place to live. He's working in the People's Repubic of Boulder. He's working nearly full time, and would like to find a place for $900/mo or less if possible.
We've been searching all over, found some possibilities in Longmont. But sometimes the best leads come from people.
Anyone got anything?
Thanks.
My daughter is looking for a place and sub $1000 per month even for a 1 bedroom is pretty tough. She is looking in Northglenn and Thornton but not really finding anything under a grand.
Good luck with your search.

I'm finding some interesting options on Trulia if she hasn't checked there.

I will mention it to her. Thanks
People rent a single room in my neighborhood for $700 a month. This is for a single bedroom in a usually 3 bed, 1 3/4 bath house in a neighborhood that is regularly described on here as a shit hole. I wish you all luck. :/
My kid and his wife had a small studio apartment in Longmont and it was $1100 a month. They moved out when their lease was up because the rent was going up to $1800.
I?ve got nothing but best wishes for you.
I have a rental in Greeley 875/mo
