I need help identifying a logo I saw today. I saw it on a shirt and on a sticker on the back of a truck window. It is a red letter B, inside a cross-hair like the one for a rifle. Has anyone seen this before or know what it is?

Yup. The ones I saw only had the logo with no words/lettering.
