There was an ad on here a couple of weeks ago from a dealer in Colorado Springs who was selling some inexpensive copies of the EOTech magnifiers. I've looked all over and can't find the post. Does anyone here know what I'm talking about. Clearly, I don't!

I recommend http://www.primaryarms.com/category.sc;jsessionid=009983C827F67A4C30399019F75 E1280.qscstrfrnt04?categoryId=9

They are cheaper than Aimpoint or EOtech magnifiers, but they are nearly identical in form and function.

These are not the same as a "NCstar" or "tasco" magnifier. They are great optics that are clear, bright, and work wonderfully.

See some of their reviews here: http://68forums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8590&highlight=primary+arms

HTR and Owenslee are two of the most knowledgeable shooters I've ever had the pleasure of talking with. They know what they're talking about. :)

You get what you pay for... especially with knock offs.

Now if you want a viable alternative to AimPoint and EOTech's .. we're really proud of our product pricing take a look at the LaRue Po'Boy!

Hendstolt 2.5 magnifier (sourced off of old German anti-tank weapons) that's been rebuilt and mounted in flip to side LaRue mount. From LaRue $190, you can find folks selling them in the $130-150 range. I've got several and after having had the AimPoint magnifier, the Po'Boy is a better solution for me. Plus you're supporting a kick ass and stand up company rather than some Chinese knock off crap.

LaRue has stopped selling the PoBoy, but you can occasionally find one for sale on AR15.com's Equipment Exchange...
