Greenhouse gas and fugitive emissions regulations aren?t anything new around here.

The 90% reduction by 2050 seems like an unrealistic goal.

This is just another step towards becoming California II.

The electricity rates from San Luis Valley Rural Electric are already pretty obscene from the renewable mandate. This new directive will only make it worse.
