Not sure if those in Northern CO have seen these.
Oh, it's about suicides. Yeah, nobody ever killed themselves without using a gun. [facepalm]

Makes the number count higher. It?s the most fatal way of attempting suicide.
Isn't the "Stop the thoughts and prayers" a thing that was going around on Twitter? That's almost like buying a billboard for an inside joke.

Go ahead, waste more of your money you ignorant liberal twat.
Why would the article incorrectly quote the billboard, while having a picture of the billboard?

Because media: Who you gonna believe? Them or your lying eyes?

The problem is, it isn't a waste of money.
There are probably quite a few soccer moms, and others who vote, who will read that sign, not dig any further, and determine that the 2nd Amendment is dangerous and bad, and vote for laws that restrict it...
It's sad, but it's true.

That's how the BGC law at gun shows was passed. ignorance from a lot of voters that never read their election / ballot booklet.
She should do abortion at a modest factor 60:1.
The idea that a social problem (crime, suicide) claims more lives than a nation's war is expected and I doubt extraordinary. We can repeat the same exercise with any developed nation.
"Stop the thoughts and prayers." [<period] vs "Thoughts and prayers are not enough” ... One of those is incendiary to marginalize a certain group of people, the other is more positive call to action. Again, the people who want to ban guns have a deep seated hatred of traditional Americans. Sometimes their media has to cover for them.

Doesn't seem to be a waste of her money.
She had all the news reporting, and has the forums talking.
Can't beat the exposure.

I think this describes the average person. Digging into facts is a lost art.

I wonder how many actually SAW that movie.
SPOILER ALERT: The billboards didn't work. ;)
Why would the article incorrectly quote the billboard, while having a picture of the billboard?
I got the impression there are different versions of the billboard and they pictured just one of them.

And more people have died from automobile accidents, alcohol, drug overdoses, medical procedure errors etc.... and thrown in abortion.
I suppose if you take out suicide,
and gang related violence that number goes way down.
Not impressed!
