Ah, I see RMGO is going the state court route again trying it's luck with progressive judges appointed for 38 of the last 44 years. This'll go real well [blah-blah]

I'm beginning to think ol' Dud doesn't have any federal litigation experience? Oh well, it'll be a loss for us but it'll give them heaps of advertising opportunity for more donations for a new Mercedes.

Dudley doesn't want to win, he wants to fund raise ... he is everything people claim Wayne is X 1000.

(note this is not a defense of Wayne LaPierre)

Has anyone heard anything more on this? Is it actually happening, or was it RMGO posturing to get their name in the news for more funds to come their way?

I'm just trying to figure out how they can confiscate property without compensation? It seems there is some constitutional ban on doing that. Of course I think the laws and those that make them are a big scam. The rule of money seems to be the prevailing case. It is all about money. Period.

I saw the super-short complaint, it's just a one-issue attack based on how they "read it" out-loud during the legislative process and they shouldn't have "read-it" that way. Put before entirely progressive judges.... e.g. it doesn't take a genius to predict the outcome, hell barely above a vegetative state can figure the impossible odds of this. So it really is RMGO posturing to get their name in the news for more funds.

If we still lived under a Constitutional Republic instead of a Judicial Oligarchy/administrative state then they couldn't.
