It's so scary, that these big media, google, facebook, twitter, etc, can ban people they don't like.

I don’t use any of them. Not dependent of them but it is sad that a lot of people can’t function with out those stupid apps.

This is exactly the type of media you get under socialism/communism. Gov't propaganda parrots. No dissenters allowed. Leftists are too stupid to realize it until the monster they created turns on them. Then they'll blame someone else. How many instances in history do we need for them to realize it?

Slightly unrelated but the new google mobile layout is a revenue based joke. I have to go to at least the second page of results these days to get to forum search results. The first page is almost exclusively ads. I am looking for chromoly 4130 weld techniques I don’t care that amazon sells it.

Whatever it is that quarantining does (seems easy enough to get around to me), it's not the same as banning. It's just misleading to say "banned" in this case. I wouldn't be surprised if it was going to get the banhammer in the next bit though.

Just to be clear, this is yet another action by reddit, against the community of the_donald.
Previously, they have artificially downvoted the popular Trump content and established programs, to keep The_Donald off the front page.
It's an absolute strike against supporters of Donald Trump, and people that helped him win the election in 2018.
Call it what you want.

I was watching a documentary on HBO called The Inventor: Out for Blood in Silicon Valley (https://www.hbo.com/video/documentaries/the-inventor-out-for-blood-in-silicon-valley/videos/the-theranos-effect) regarding the now defunct Theranos. Even the left-leaning HBO pointed out Elizabeth Holmes' ties to Democrat politicians, including Joe Biden, Obama, and the Clintons.
