Something bad happened in Golden

On my way home at colfax and I70 very heavy police presence. People gathering outside of all the stores.
One guy running around without shoes, selfy stick, and a gps monitor on his ankle.
Some police had very grim looks on their faces. Looks bad what ever happened.

There was also a bunch of police a bit farther east on Colfax near Youngfield at about the same time.
