View Full Version : What happened to the CMP 1911 thread?

I can?t think of anything I might have posted last night that would have gotten it deleted but can?t see it this morning. I was trying to link from the CMP forum to the pictures I posted here last night (forgot I had an imgur account and didn?t want to upload twice). Could that have broken it? (BTW, I re-uploaded the pictures to imgur so there shouldn?t be any link backs anymore.)

It's in Handguns forum, I just looked at it, all normal.

Awesome pistol by the way. Did you know it was Ithaca model before it was shipped?

Hmmm ... odd, I could have sworn it was originally in this forum and I did a search on both "CMP" and "1911" that pulled up all sorts of threads but not that one. Oh well.

No, it's random draw and they don't tell you in advance what's on the way because selection and shipping department is separate from sales or customer service so the people taking the order details from you really don't know what you're getting and the people filling the order don't have any direct contact with the customers.
