Form 4 returned after 15mo with "RETURN WITHOUT ACTION" stamped on it.

Long story short. paperwork has been processing or rather "pending" for 14 months. Form got returned to the FFL yesterday with a big ol black stamp across the front that says " RETURN WITHOUT ACTION". Check boxes on the bottom are not checked either approved or disapproved. Form has been signed by the authorized official in box 10, and signed at the bottom by Authorized ATF official at the bottom. Check was NOT returned with the paperwork.
This is the only communication received from the ATF or FFL since the paperwork was submitted. Everything is correct on the paperwork and has been checked 10x.
Has anyone seen or heard of this "RETURN WITHOUT ACTION" Fucking frustrated.

Refunds take up to 90 days.
I have never actually seen or dealt with one of these Return Without Action, but have seen reports of them on the NFA Reddit. What I've read says you have to resubmit. The good news is that Form 4 Individual (as opposed to Trusts) are coming back under 90 days.

^^^. Yes it did. However, fingerprints were sent in duplicate because of a previous issue. So kiosk and card prints were sent.

Did you have a digital signature? They have been weird about them lately also.

Sig was done at the kiosk. So it was “digital” as it was signed on the screen, but looks just like the pen written signature.

Thanks fellas. Waiting to hear back from the atf. Left 2 messages with the gal who did the processing on it. Also have 4 more stamps pending so I’ll wait and see what happens with those. All were submitted at the same time.
