I’m actually surprised. There didn’t appear to be any actual evidence except testimony. He may be guilt as hell, but the evidence reported, by the news, during the trial was testimony and speculation.

I looked over the cell phone records on channel 9's website. I think that was the clincher. We live in a constant state of surveillance.

They should have matched the tooth fragment to the victims dental xray records. Instead the tooth was destroyed in testing.
Supposedly the victim was taken to a barn southwest of Cripple Creek. Then the victim was taken to ranch his mother owns and burned.
No way would I drive a dead body all over the county like that. And damn sure would not take it to my mothers to be burned.

Frazee was hell bent on the body never being found. I think Frazee had Crystal Lee believe that the body was being burned.

The remains have never been found. The Midway landfill was searched and no evidence found.

My opinion is that the body is buried somewhere around that barn.

How could anyone be surprised of the verdict or "not have it sit right", this isn't CSI Miami. Put your sunglasses down...there is physical evidence, and basically all trials are won/lost on circumstantial. #1 active affair, #2 cell phone texts and locations, makes the affair partner pretty credible, being she had the Mrs phone. Then you have the whole "trying to hire people to kill the affair partner" while in prison bit, which is backed up by physically written notes by the suspect. Do you guys think she wrote those in his handwriting and snuck them into prison? It's all a big conspiracy to keep him from being a Supreme Court jurist? Lol...

It just does not sit right with me.How about him being recorded at her house by a neighbor's camera 11 times on the day she was killed? Including him entering with Kelsey that day. He was recorded leaving later with the baby but she never did.
