This^^^^.

I would have been the one who lost it. Also the reason Mrs bo is the one who hides shit when we need, she will remember it is there.

Amazing that Goodwill didn’t open the box. It had to have been previously opened by the folks who put it into the box??

Eh, it's a .22lr, but WTF! I'd still be shickled titless!

I once bought someone some 9mm hollow point defense rounds for a baby shower. Due to a miscommunication, it turns out that while the guy owned guns, he didn't even own a pistol, let alone a 9mm, so they were confused.

A thoughtful gift nonetheless!

Sounds like a perfect opportunity to buy another pistol.

“Honey, look... we got the ammo. Might as well get the gun”

She snagged him from the deep south (where she was from) so that probably happened.

Yeah. The Mossberg does not break down like an AR, and there is no way that thing would have been sticking out of that box. And it was "loaded" but the ammunition pictured is not .22, it looks like 9mm or .40. This is like a cartoonishly bad attempt making up lies.

Reminds me of the "ghost baby in the crib" story that every news chain circulated. A discerning eye could take a glance at the crib label, look at the "security camera footage" and tell that 1) the logo was digitally relocated on the mattress to be near the baby, 2) colors were clone stamped out (photoshop) that would make it look like an obvious logo, 3 - large bands were cloned stamped out, all for a fake news article to benefit some histrionic attention whore.

Not a single article ran on it being "an incredibly obvious photoshop job".

Same thing here. Our media system profits so much on clicks accuracy doesn't matter anymore. They like histrionic attention whores, clicks all around, who gives a crap if its real.

This thing. Just clicked on the first link from google. Take two seconds to look at the crib version, then the real version. See what I mean?

EVERY news medium ran with that "viral" story.
