Well, judging by the clothes for sale at walmart and their clientelle, I'd say they know their market.

Though in some cases, coke might be a bit too upmarket...

Can't say I'm a fan of that shirt but then again, I just about died laughing during "Better Off Dead", including at this scene:

I guess the difference is that Charles LaMar is always depicted as a bit of a loser so his scenes are making fun of cokeheads while the shirt could be miscontrued by kids as approving of and encouraging coke heads. Whatever the reason for my seemingly inconsistent reaction between the two items, there are a lot bigger things for people to get offended at (IMO).
