I'm guessing that these are early reworked pistols from the Army contract that SIG just replaced with later production.

I don?t believe there are any restrictions that would prevent someone from owning this handgun. Magazines might be a different story but I don?t see why a guy couldn?t own the pistol.

That is a good question as some places will and some won?t.

Since the P250 uses the same magazines if a guy had a handful of ?pre-ban? P250 magazines he?d be set.

They can sell them to LEO, out of state, online, etc. Not really a loose end.

I'd buy a 320 and cerakote it, since it's based off the 320 platform. As for mags, i know a few folks up in CO who stashed a handful or so.
