View Full Version : Lucky find? Ruger "Original" Vaquero
I feel pretty lucky to have found this beauty today. It seems to be a configuration that isnt as popular, or produced in large numbers as othe Vaquero offerings, but sometimes thats the way I prefer it.
Its a 1995 production 45 Colt Vaquero, case hardened color frame, and a 7.5" barrel.

Very nice!
I bought its twin at the Merchandise Mart gun show in early '98 and still shoot it regularly.
Getting a steel ejector housing is on my to-do list.
I like the color case hardened frame. Congrats on the new shooter!
That is pretty! I like the case hardened frame better then the blue. Always reminds me of mother of pearl.

Mother of pearl is for pimp guns. [Coffee]
