Short term work idea's

Did something dumb and otherwise made mistakes and ended up deciding to go back to an old job. I misjudged how long that process would take (federal clearance going sloooww), and what's more it is sounding like I may be coming back to more limited hours than was the norm.

In the meantime I'd been working a part time warehouse job w/ pretty limited hours, but now I'm looking at the prospect of needing extra work to fill the gaps until my old job gets into full swing. I didn't jump into a more serious time/full time job in the last couple months because it wasn't supposed to take so long and I didn't want to waste a company's time if I was only going to be around a few weeks.

If I keep the current job I'm needing something for monday/tuesday or any other day afternoon into evening. But just changing to another job with closer to full time type hours could work and ditching the warehouse. Flexibility would be kinda nice so that I can perhaps be working the side job some while picking up what hours I can from my old job.

Biggest obstacle I think, is that while I don't mind sweating my ass off for hours like I do at my current warehouse job, but can't be too heavily labor intensive with my blown disc. IE no shoveling rock or slinging roofing tiles.

Short of labor ready kind of thing, any good ideas what to look into?

Door dash at least with a truck I feel would be a struggle to break even. But It does make me realize id love to find some kind of fast courier service I could do on my go fast motorcyle.

Or uber might be reasonable in my truck.

The trick to Door Dash is going to a business center or where hotels are. That way you have high density of customers located not to far from restaurants.

Anyone know anything about hotshotting or similiar? Want to have an excuse to ride, but tundra could be put to work also.

Hotshotters I know end up complaining that company drives them into the ground. Push them to drive short on sleep, work single hand when short on workers, operate equipmemt they may not be familiar with, all times of day, all days of the week. Rough job but money is usually very good.
