You did post a blurry pic with no description of the item other than 'a barrel' to some 'thing' & then only after prompted.

It's not a goat rope. I didn't take a picture of the whole thing because I know what the rest is. I just wasn't sure where the barrel is from and I didn't want to take it apart to get a better picture.

You know what the rest is, but when you're asking the peanut gallery to help, it can make it more of a mystery than it needs to be.
