Not sure if this should be in Legislature, since it's not directly affecting shooting (yet), but the CO Supreme Court just decided to ignore the actual CO Constitution, which states that legislators have 120 calendar days to do their stuff. Instead, they decided a rule passed 10 years ago to extend the session in case of crisis is fine.
I mean, considering how they've ruled "fees" aren't "taxes," and thus getting around TABOR, I'm not surprised they decided that "rules" can override the Constitution.

Silly peasants, the D agenda shall not be impeded...

Maybe the 2A of the US Constitution should have said "...the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be impeded."

Maybe the 2A of the US Constitution should have said "...the right of the people to keep and bear arms and to shoot tyrannical sons a bitches in gov't shall not be impeded"
Or like that...
The king know's whats best, get back to work peasants.
Traditionally true. Now when we ask the king his name, we are met with the reply, "We are Legion."

Of all the evils the Democrats in Denver have and will inflict on the state of Colorado, this one is kinda justifiable (I mean assuming COVID19 isn't an overblown/manufactured Hegelian crisis).

Umm.. no.
Colorado will be just fine if new legislation is not created for 20+ years.
No new programs needs creating.
No new laws need enacting.
No new taxes need creating
No new agencies need creating
No new fees need creating.
State legislature is not essential.
The only thing they need to do is approve budgets.
