Well over a dozen police cars running lights and sirens have gone by at HIGH speed, Kipling Northbound @ Quincy over the last 10 minutes. Mostly JeffCo. Some DPD. No fire.

"Stolen under unknown circumstances" PR speak for we have no clue and this is really embarrassing.In another article it says EPD responded to a call to help a guy, ended up driving the guy to multiple different addresses as a courtesy, and then somehow the guy stole the car.
