The answer? No one knows.

I have never thought about eating one. They are so small you would need six to make a meal.

Pretty sure that technique doesn?t do much to stop a roadrunner. Probably a good idea if a guy wants to take a coyote though.

I actually have eaten it. They are like pigeons down in las cruces. Taste like a very dry quail.

I was a poor college student. Lived in a rental in the middle of a pecan orchard. Ate pretty much anything I could get at the time.

easy to catch with a "boobie trap"

Wouldn't want to eat them though, they are too fun to play with though.
