So while staying in my Grandmother's house while we're house shopping I stumbled across a cheap little Chinese folding knife that has become my favorite little knife.

Its a "Frost Cutlery Flying Falcon" (although I think they call all their folding knives "Flying Falcon").

Here's one I found on ebay: (https://www.ebay.com/itm/Frost-Cutlery-Flying-Falcon-pocket-knife-assisted-combo-edge-blade-lockback/283617396821?hash=item4208ea0855:g:9ZoAAOSwpBNdcan i:sc:USPSFirstClass!95125!US!-1)

I like the size (blade is like 2"), I like the style of blade (especially with serrations) and even though this one is obviously elcheapo chinese junk, its a really handy little knife.

So what I want is this knife only made by a quality knife maker and with a clip, not a piece of pull chain from a closet light.

Ah, looks like this is what they were copying:

Spyderco - Golden, CO

ETA: Might want to check out the Kershaw Scallion and Chive assisted openers. Super handy and similar shape. Autos are also legal again, so that could also be an option.

I'm a Spyderco dealer, they have a number of similar knives. The Byrd line represents exceptional value. PM me for pricing.
