Since I can’t enlarge the pics. It looks like it’s to tight and barely locking up.

what grease are you using for lube? It's very hard to see anything from those small pictures. Does look like that roll pin isn't i far enough

Hord to see in the small pictures with low lighting but its possible that the bolt isnt completely rotating on lockup meaning possibly too tight of headspace but no one knows since you haven't checked yet. Remember galils were generally built with used parts some were quite worn

Yup, not fully in battery.
As mentioned headspace may be of question.
Hard to tell from your pic but is the anomaly on the bolt just peened over or is it missing material?

Looks like it is peened. Know any good leads who can fix this? My guy in Thorton is not taking any work.
