I know this is pretty much the worst time to be looking for ammo/ammo components, but if anyone has any recommendations on places that actually have anything in stock, I?d appreciate it.

keep checking your distributors for powder and primers
Grafs
American Reloading
Powder Valley
Midsouth

you can find boxes of 100 bullets pretty regularly right now, bulk not so much

Colorado Gun Cleaners up in Johnston has a good selection of components. Sportsman in COS has bullets but primers are scarce

If the partners on this site don’t have anything, check out ammoseek.com

What ever you find, BUY IN BULK.
Look at your reloading books to see what powders will work, in what ever caliber you load for. This way if the powder you like isn't in stock, you have options.

The website for Sportsman's Warehouse shows that the one in Farmington, NM has small rifle primers in stock.

Given the shortage, though, I expect that's just an error and suggest that you call before driving down there.
