trying to make an adapter to get a forster 3 in 1 to fit a lyman trimer.

need a ~1.25" piece that is .485 diameter (.5" long) and threaded to
3/8 x 24 (read the wrong box on my thread checker) 7/16 x 20 for the remaining .75" length

willing to bring beer/whiskey/ammo or cash

I have a mini-lathe and can probably help out. I have a Lyman trimmer and curious as to how the Forster attaches. It's not clear from the picture I've seen.

The forester just clamps onto the strict bar. From midway USA it said it was a .490” inner diameter but I measured a shade under and figured .485 would work. I ordered a 6.5 creedmoor but if you get different pilots you should be able to adjust the cutters to whatever caliber you want. After the fact I see that Natchez is selling them for 10$ cheaper at 65
