Game unit 2 Trophy bull unit

Trophy bull unitJust got my tag early rifle either sex tag 24 year draw.Anybody got suggestions where to goin unit 2 I hunted 3 and 301 for years in a little bit of unit 2 for deer But only on the south side of the unit close to the snake.Probably leaving this week to go scout the unit until season opens. suggestions would be helpful [panic]thanks

Bears Ears south of G Spring west of where rd 52 turns north. That area west to Vermillion creek. Rugged and not many roads.

Work the draws to the south and west during dry years.

I am envious, GMU 2 is my favorite, biggest elk I have taken and the toughest stalks.

archery season open now so while you're in there scouting, talk to any of those guys that you run in to and maybe they'll share whatever info that they've gathered so far.
