These ass-wipes have no capability to think before they act, especially when other ass-wipes are egging them on , no true, individual thought process.
Can they be missing a gene or something??

From what I read this morning, it isn't legal.
ETA: Gaetz calls for election bribery probe of Bloomberg over pledge to pay Florida felons' fines (https://www.foxnews.com/politics/matt-gaetz-election-bribery-probe-bloomberg-florida)If it is deemed legal, the felons will have to report the payment as income. It's like they're being setup to break the law again.
The party of crime and criminals it is.
For a politician to pay bail and compensation is not restitution by the perpetrator. It's a fraud that circumvents the spirit of the law. The intent of Bloomberg's action is bribery.
