So I have an NFA trust where I am the settlor and the only trustee is my dad for now in case I pass, so he can utilize it as well, etc.
I currently have a form 4 that has been pending for about 100 days now and an eform 1 that was submitted on 09/14/2020. My parents had an opportunity come up and ended up having to move to a different state quite quickly.
While I?ve read that this generally doesn?t throw a wrench into the system if a RP doesn?t change their driver?s license number...I found out today that he did.
What is the best route to take here? Are these forms more than likely going to be disapproved? Should I use ?ask an expert? on the eform or just wait and see? My gut tells me I am already nearing the end of the form 1 so I should just see how it pans out and re-file if necessary. I?m a little more concerned about the form 4...as I don?t know what the process is with a suppressor if the form isn?t approved.
Any guidance would be appreciated!
