So glad I left CO.

So you don't think they are saying the same things in Wichita, Lawrence and Overland Park?

Oh they are, but there's a lot fewer of them here (well not Lawrence ... Lawrence is basically Boulder's uncool cousin, but its pretty small).

Side note, the title was meant to be light-hearted and "jocular" ... hopefully nobody is offended.

“If you’re already wet you’re not afraid of the rain.” - Iraqi terrorist during an interrogation when being threatened with Guantanamo, Samarra, 2005.

Pro tip from the terrorists: accept that you’re wet and do what you want.

To believe one can move to X place and escape this is fine if you’re a stage 4 lung cancer patient with a fatal diagnosis. Otherwise, get used to the idea you’re gonna get wet. The fatal flaw of democracy, constitutional republics, etc. has been revealed: people suck. Collectively, they suck en masse.

Don’t act like this ain’t coming for rural Kansas. It’s there. It’s just metastasizing.

You are absolutely correct.

But my reason for saying "glad I'm not in CO" wasn't because I expect to avoid this by being in KS, but because (and I hate to say this because I didn't want to sound so provocative ... title notwithstanding) but if I was in CO I'd seriously consider driving up to Ft Collins and visiting this POS ... the 8+ hour drive keeps me out of jail when the 2+ hour drive doesn't as strongly.

Honestly this guy deserves a beat-down and a bullet in the head even if he's just a random leftard "venting".

That interesting, because I see a (D) behind the name of the Kansas Governor. How is that possible?

That's because the KS GOP is 50/50 patriots and "establishment GOP". I've long complained about this (and was often referenced when I first moved to CO as part of the reason I wasn't going to miss KS ... how times change).

I'm honestly surprised that Kansas elected Sam Brownback for two tours.

But look at the composition of the KS legislature ... had Hick had to deal with that many R's, CO might still be worth living in.

Wow! What happened to Weld County?

I am generally against red flag laws.

But he did threaten to use firearms on a specific date (Nov 3rd).

Isn't this the type of person / incident that the "red flags are there" if only someone noticed?

There might be LE that read this and look into Red Flag and having a judge decide if he is a danger and should not have firearms. I mean sayin a specific date is a little more than abstract.

I hate red flag laws, but if ever there was a situation where they should be used, this fucker is it.

Some of you locals should consider calling the Weld County Sheriff's office and seeing what needs to be done to get him red flagged.

I mean if someone's rights have to be trampled, it might as well be people like him.
(that sounded horrible)

Agree.

This isnt one of the those cases where people can say: "we had no idea he would do something like that".

I direct messaged the Weld County Sheriff's Dept via their Facebook page:

I'm no fan of Colorado's "red flag" laws ... but doesn't this guy qualify for a visit from you guys?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MAhKMi6DexA

Their response:

We're on it. Thank you for sending this our way.

(honestly, how did we survive before the internet?)

In retrospect, I bet O'Keefe has already talked to the Sheriff's Dept so I doubt I did anything.

Did the video mention fort collins? Said he's a Weld group so I figured he was some random area of a bum fuck town or nice side of greeley, or *gasp* nearby in quaint ol Frederick/Firestone.

Sheriff Reams is well aware of this.

As to what has happened to Weld County, we have a consistent influx of far lefties moving in, with a purpose in mind, to change the political climate here.

I did some computer work on one of the FAR LEFT players in Greeley, they are one of the organizers, and they have a game plan.

I get that, I can respect that ... and in the past I'd have fully agreed.

However the main reason that the left has gained so much power over the last half century (to the point that they're on the verge of complete control of the US) is that the right has been bringing Marquess of Queensberry to a street fight.

Dying with honor and dignity is still dying.

Part II posted today. The tl;dr version is that "Our Revolution" (this guy's organization) controls the Democrat Party up there.

I respect and understand that. On the other hand, using the left's tactics against them, like Rules for Radicals, works just as well for us as it does for them. And I firmly believe in the old adage (I first heard at a Clint Smith team tactics course), "If you find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck."

It's time the right stopped looking for a fair fight.

Email from Project Veritas (Twitter screenshots deleted)

Last night Project Veritas released a shocking video exposing violent radical Colorado ‘Our Revolution’ Chair and Member of Colorado’s Democratic Party’s Executive and Central Committees, Kris Jacks.

The video has around two million views so far - just on Twitter.

Since the release, several things have already happened.

Jacks’ employer, CenturyLink, announced that they were suspending Jacks as a result of the Project Veritas video and have reported Jacks to the appropriate authorities:

Jacks deleted his Twitter and LinkedIn accounts:

The Weld County Democratic Party removed Jacks from their website:

The Denver Police Department responded to concerned citizens regarding Kris Jacks’ calls for violence:

My question is, why hasn’t the Colorado Democratic Party commented on this bombshell investigation?

What are they hiding?

We need to keep the pressure on them because the public deserves to know how close Jacks was with the party’s state leadership.

Make sure to contact the following people:

Morgan Carroll [Colorado Democratic Party Chair]

@MorganLCarroll

Jerad Sutton [Weld County Democratic Party Chair]

@JeradVSutton

Let’s keep up the fight,

James
