Can anyone here recommend a site to start looking at Suppressors for a Ruger Mark IV Tactical? Or specific suppressors I should be considering.

I think Irving posted about running a Bowers Bitty on a MarkIV in the rimfire forum.

Thunderbeast TakeDown.
Quiet, light, easy to clean and smaller diameter means you can use your stock sights.

Another vote for TBTD. Runs great, sounds great.

I haven't shot any other .22 cans (at least not side by side), so I can't give any input on sound.

I have a Ruger Mk III Lite that I use with a Thunder Beast Takedown. I have a Tactical Solutions Axiom .22 suppressor that I actually prefer that stays on the S&W M&P 15/22 carbine, since I shoot that more often. Either are good suppressors for a Ruger MkIII or Mk IV.
Edit to add - the people at Tactical Solutions were a LOT easier to deal with than Thunder Beast. I have two TBAC suppressors, and would buy another one based on the build quality of the two I have, but they were assholes on the phone and lied lied lied about estimated delivery. They were off by over 5 months, and every time I contacted them they said it would ship within a week. Then, when they messed up my order they refused to fix it. They sent me the wrong muzzle adapter for my Ultra 9. I had specifically requested the flash hider instead of the brake and was lead to believe they understood and had taken the order correctly. They make good suppressors, but I won't deal with them again unless I really just have to have one of their suppressors and there are no other options. You may have a better experience than I did though...
Oh, and after I received the suppressors I looked up the manufacture dates on their website, one was manufactured almost 2 years before they shipped to me, the other was just over a year. Whatever that means, it means the holdup wasn't on the manufacturing side.

I really like my Gemtech Outback IID.

Here’s a nice write-up:

I?ve seen Irving?s Bitty.
(That sounds weird.)
It?s rather impressive for its size.
(That sounded weird as well.)
I also like that it doesn?t add much length or weight to the pistol.
As pictured, with a loaded 10rd mag, that 10/22 weighs 3.8lbs. With CCI quiets, I can shoot the 10/22 in my backyard with no concerns about noise, and the houses are 10-20' feet apart. I don't shoot it in the backyard, because the houses are 10-20' apart.
Given the low pressure, I think I'd opt for a DIY option and going form 1 via either a premade solvent trap or going full autismo and designing one yourself. If you keep it simple can be cheaper than a typical factory can but biggest advantage is usually a fast turn around on a form 1 vs normal filing.

100% agree. I have one on deck that needs to be made, but it's not even on my radar yet so no further info on difficulty. QuietBore sells kits that include a jig so you can do it with a hand drill.

I love my TBAC Takedown 22 on my MKIV.
FWIW, it's also magnum rated.

Beat me to it.
My last 22 form 1 can cost me $60 and works great and I had my stamp back in less than 30 days.

Well, technically it cost you $260.
But I get the point.

Another vote for TBAC 22 Takedown.
I use a AAC Element II (4.1oz) on my 22/45 lite and also own a Silencerco Sparrow SS (6.5oz). I have tested with a TBAC 22 TD (5.9oz). The element was the lightest and quietest. On the 22/45 weight at the muzzle is quite noticeable so personally I would not do a form 1 for that host. Buying today I would get a TBAC TD for the ease of cleaning, good suppression, reasonable weight.
I'll put in a vote for the SilencerCo Sparrow (https://silencerco.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/wp-sparrow.pdf).
Very, very easy to clean.
It's what I run on my Ruger Mk II with a TacSol barrel (https://tacticalsol.com/Detail.aspx?PROD=1366829&CAT=13325) (what was required long before Ruger got smart and started offering the lightweight barrels themselves).

I don’t see the obsession with how quiet a 22 can is. Even with a cheap homemade can the action is much louder than the report unless you’re not using it on a semiautomatic even then there isn’t much difference.

Not everyone is using 22 cans on semi automatics.
Even then, the quieter the better. And then, the easier to clean the better.

I'm going through www.silencershop.com. Bowers Bitty is on sale for $340, Tax Stamp $205, and Single Shot NFA Gun Trust $24.95. Looking for validation as it's not cheap and it's my first time. Look ok?
I think that's about what I paid for mine. I got mine from Ark and thought it was close to $300, but I don't really remember.
