Recently moved back to the southeast part of the metro area from Thornton and was looking for a place to shoot besides Centennial GC. Was looking for new ranges and came across Shoot Indoors new location in Aurora. It's just east of 225 a couple blocks south of Mississippi.
Went in the Saturday after Thanksgiving around 9:00 AM, the place was clean and had no wait. There was two other people shooting while I was there, but seemed to be pretty low key. They recently opened in the last month, and seems like a lot of people aren't aware that they are there. They are getting ready to send some mailers to homes, so it may pick up.
They had some ammo in stock for range purposes but the price was astronomical. If you want more info, you can check them out on their site below.

Seemed like pretty good guys and a good place to shoot.

Interesting to move right into the Firing Line's AO.
So whats the lanes like?
What type of target retrieval system?
What distance?
Hows the ventilation system?
Is the Brighton location still open? Moving next to another shooting range is actually economically ideal. That's why malls thrive, dealerships are always near each other, and there are jewelry store districts.
The Broomfield one is still open.
That is the part that my mom always told me about when I was a kid. I thought being next or near each other was not beneficial and not efficient. (!again when I was a little kid)
This is why there are food court at the mall, garment district in LA etc.
When I was a little kid, I thought of it as zero sum.
Vendor A (new) is stealing customer from vendor B (exisiting). I was wrong. This is why food court is usually packed relative to some out door atand alone solo restaurants.
My guess is it brings demand in certain general item, and consumer will choose what they want in specific food or brand.
In contrast Harold Hostelling's and some game theory:

https://www.researchgate.net/publication/24053508_Hotelling's_Ice_Cream_Dealers_with_Elasti c_Demand
When there is a line at the Chipotle, I go to the Greek restaurant next door, which usually wouldn't even be on my radar.
To stay on topic, the bowling pin match at the Brighton location was the only one I ever won. Has Covid pretty much canceled indoor matches? If not, does Shoot Indoors run any?

I've shot there a couple times. Staff has been very friendly, and they let you do holster stuff if you show that you know what you're doing.
Lanes are set up a lot like 5280 Armory in Arvada, with a wheeled bench. They have at least 10 lanes.
They have a pre-programmed target retrieval system, just hit the button for the distance you want. They also have a camera on each lane that looks toward the target, you can pan/tilt/zoom so you can get feedback without bringing the target in.
I've only shot pistol there, pistol range goes to 25 yards.
Ventilation system works well, range is nice and clean.
Huh, had no idea another one opened up in Aurora. I know there was one in the making at the old Rite Aid at Quincy and Reservoir but hadn't heard much on that one recently.
Thanks for sharing.

Good guys, easy access. Been in a couple times. No crowds yet. Compared to The Firing Line, an easy choice to make. And fairly priced.
I absolutely love this range. I go there any time I gotta get some range time in. They are relatively close to my house and I've never once experienced a rude employee. I love the target camera system a lot. Would it be nice if they had longer indoor distance? Sure, but the only one that does to my knowledge is Blue Core and they are on the other side of town from me. I was able to get my youngest son "holster qualified" there so he can practice holster work. I will take this place 100x over Firing Line.
