People were saying this was outside a U.S. Embassy without any info. One comment in the video claimed it was PDI (police). Well, I try to verify anything before posting, so I narrowed it down (the name of the station helped) and
indeed confirmed this happened RIGHT outside the U.S. Embassy in Chile. U.S. Embassy guards come in from stage left...
