I dropped my Sig kilo 3000 rangefinder?s at a match last week. Actually they blew over while attached to the tripod and hit concrete. Came up nonfunctional.
I returned them and sent a letter explaining exactly what had happened and offering to pay for repairs. Instead, they sent me a new pair at no cost.

I sent a rifle (just the rifle) to them twice for issues running (or lack of running) while suppressed. They sent a brand new slightly upgraded though not "Gen 2" model rifle complete with accessories back the second time.
i wish i had the same experiences - i bought a sig x5 from them 6-7 years ago and am still waiting for the 2 mags that came with the rebate. more recently i had the pleasure of listening to them tell me that a 1/16" mismatch on a 227 elite was within tolerance

I had to send back my 556XI last year. Got it turned around in less than a week.
