Ninth Circuit declares no right to carry

"A Hawaii state law requires a license to a carry a gun in public."

So, basically, there's no right to carry in public, you have to get state permission.

This is probably their dumbest ruling ever. The fact that state law in these states allows carry without a permit IS the state granting permission.
