View Full Version : Mask Burn Party
Now that the mask mandate is over, where will the bonfire be?
And I will be boycotting any business who still requires this nonsense.
They're not gone forever. This was just the first trial run.

Rather go to a bra burning party, personally.
Not with the current crop...
I haven?t worn a mask for a month and before that is was very rare. King soopers, target, Home Depot etc etc I would never wear a mask
One day I just decided I?m not going to participate in wearing a placebo on my face anymore.... so I stopped. I would straight up refuse and walk out if they pressed me...
The mask mandates are disappearing because more and more people were realizing that there was no correlation between mask usage and case rates. The jig was up.They had to do it slowly though, so they didn?t look like complete fools. People have staked their entire virtue on them... people wearing them outdoors, in their cars, walking down a trail in a mountains by them sell . It was a religious experience for them. People have lost their damn minds and nobody could tell them that
I don?t think the mask mandates are coming back... with Dr Fauci?s political capital depleted after lying to Congress about the Wuhan funding he?s most likely going to quit his position in the next 12 months and then be a contributor on CNN or MSNBC.
what, burn all those brand new masks I just got?
Yep, I needed to re-stock on my wood working masks so I picked up a bunch to keep my sinus happy.

I have historically been very bad about not wearing a mask when I know I should be, like routing and sanding. Sometimes I feel the foolishness of my choices more immediately than others, particularly with Walnut. I bought an RZ and some filter inserts a couple years back, and I've been very happy with the system. Easy on, easy off, comfortable to wear for an extended period. Definitely not a respirator for spraying, but for wood chips and dust, I think they are hard to beat.

It was an over reach, depending what state on lived. Where one was forced to "shelter in place" castigated by the propaganda if one were to venture outside.

What's interesting, regarding MANDATORY MASK at stores. That policy was not put in place till say 45-60 days after this "pandemic" went full tilt. Or should i say. In an effort to demonize trump. DEATH NUMBERS!!!! were plastered all over the media & web.

Correct. Their business, their rules.
BUT. to be forced to follow certain "mandates" based on hysterics. Along with no actual law to enforce it, other than a we said to do it, so you must. Is clearly, unauthorized government over reach Throw in the states ability, under guidance by of all things the health dept & cdc. To yank a business license, for not following, again, a mandate. is bullshit.
If a business wants to make me wear a mask after this latest "executive order" that essentially makes it optional then I might just be inclined to verbally assault an employee about their willingness to follow a previous executive order but now totally disregarding another order.
I should get a gold star for how generally nice I've been to everyone for the past year. I think I'm done now and I'll just start calling things like I see them.

For a lot of people, NOT wearing a mask is going to be hard. They've done it religiously for a year. Walking into a public place sans mask is going to make many people straight up feel naked. They will feel super uncomfortable. But many of those same people don't want anyone to believe they're anti-vax either. Those people are in a pickle. Don't wear a mask and feel exposed or do wear one and possibly be identified as anti-vax. (Jokes on them, many anti-vax folks never wore masks and they aren't going to start now no matter what Uncle Joe says).
Wonder how many new super OCD germaphobes we've created. A bunch I'm sure.
I can't imagine that someone wearing a mask will be seen as an anti-vaxxer. I just don't think those two circles overlap on the vin diagram.
When I see someone not wearing a mask, I always look at them like when I see someone run a stop sign. I've got such engraved social norms that I see someone not following and my knee jerk reaction is distaste. Every time, I have to remind myself that I want to see even more people not wearing a mask. We followed social norms to keep society together, as that's what people are hard wired to do, but it was for poor reasons and it needs to stop. It's a weird place to be when you manners go against what you feel is right.
I just had a local pickup. I was wearing a mask even I don't even know a mask cotton can do any help unless I had to sneeze with covid 19 load being high.
whenever I have a local pickup, they ask me if they want them to wear a mask. I say "Nope."
I wear it just to not to offend anyone.

I did some little division and subtraction, but even if there is 99% of human population wipeout, there will be 79mil humans. More than enough to sustain some kind of economy. I just hope that I am that 1%.

I have been mulling over the idea that the pandemic mandates were an intentional tactic to make the general populace unhappy and dissatisfied with life in the run up to the election. Trump had done what was thought impossible with restoring the economy after Obama/Biden pretty much destroyed it and was heading for a shoo-in victory.
The pandemic itself was bad enough due to lives lost but the economic impact from the closures and the general unhappiness about lockdowns and mandatory masks seemed targeted toward stirring up the generally uninformed population. In addition, they gave the MSM and others an opportunity to paint Trump supporters as uncaring ("you want to kill Grandma") and ignorant ("believe the science" -- always laughable coming from people who couldn't pass high school physics). The same morons freaking out over barbecues and picnics saw no problem with clustering and yelling (way to spew more saliva in the air) at "peaceful protests".
There were lots of instances of ignorant people protesting the masks and lockdowns -- the facts are that if we'd been more diligent about tackling the spread, we could probably have beat it down much sooner but it would have been at great cost in liberties as well as finances. Of course, Trump and Pence are being given no credit for coordinating a federal response that accelerated not just development but testing of the various vaccines in ways that were allegedly impossible. Somehow, Joe the Idiot gets credit despite all the vaccines being developed before Election Day.
As far as mask burning goes, count me out. I'll be happy to retire my masks but I'm keeping them for my international travels just in case. The experience in Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, etc. shows that broad mask wear does help slow the spread of respiratory viruses.
The masks I have been wearing were shown to be the effective. Neck sleeves or whatever they are called had only the benefit of keeping my neck warm. We have to wear them at work still, but at least those serve a purpose for dust control.
My typical response to those telling me to wear one out side was either ignoring them or just saying fvck off. If they persisted I would raise my arm and ask what the fvck are you going to do about it. That always work as my shirt would raise high enough to reveal the not so CCW.
I agree with other posts. These lock downs served the will of the economic overlords by killing smaller competitors and partially normalizing teleworking so they could reduce real estate overhead.
Where are you being people telling you to put a mask on, especially outside? I traveled all over the country the past year and with the exception on an employee informing me of the rules of the place (in Hawaii), I only ever had one person say anything to me. It was a lady in the very beginning, and she actually said something out loud to the employee she was talking to in some bitchy, passive aggressive move. This was before masks were mandatory. I very bluntly informed her that if she was going to wear a mask, it had to cover her nose as well as her mouth, otherwise she was just pretending. She shut the fuck up after that. Besides that, I haven't had any mask conversation with anyone, nor even witnessed one. Keep it classy with brandishing over a mask by the way. Jesus.

Lone Tree/Acres Green area trails. And Jeff Co trails around Green Mountain.
I doubt I would react very kindly to someone telling me to wear a mask outdoors. I might not be mean, but I wouldn't be kind.
I haven't been wearing a mask in quite a long while, although I probably will again come wintertime to help protect my elderly parents. Not because anyone or anything ever told me to, simply because as pointed out, proper, quality respirators do actually work to some degree and that was my position before the US Gov got involved as well. The new strains are also affecting younger people harder than the originals did, so I prefer to not have to deal with it if I don't have to.
I've never thought it should be mandated at all, mandates would backfire anyway, and all the passive aggressiveness and enforcement was unwarranted/improper, but likewise, all the anti mask mouth foaming has been equally face-palmy. It's been one of the dumbest hills for people (both directions) to die on I can think of in the last few years.
I will only add that it's a seasonal virus... which it is still incredibly strange that isn't openly acknowledged by -anything-. Be more careful when it's cold and wet. Almost nothing to worry about when it is warm and dry. Totally ignored because..... ?
Good points throughout the thread.
The company I work for hasn't reduced their regs.
Never really bothered me. the cotton masks are far more comfortable that n95 masks and do about the same job. I've spent weeks in n95s 8-12 hours a day
Plus making face identification software at the stores work harder entertains me
Saw an advertising sign flipper wearing a mask on a street corner at least 30' from anything breathing, Really?
All I know is, I ended up vastly over-stocking on N95/KN95 masks up to this point. But who knew how many my family (including parents on both sides) would need or how many we would go through? I went from feeling like I didn't have nearly enough when things looked like they were getting sporty to having what seems a ridiculous supply now. Ended up not burning through them nearly as fast or as often as I thought. But I'm just going to hold onto them now that I have them. If things flare up again and the mandates go back into effect later, I'll have them. Or . . . will come in handy with some DIY projects and occasional attic work.
Several places I've gone had dropped the mask mandate (Costco, Walmart, Sam's) but tons of people were still wearing them. Safeway and Qdoba near me still required them for entry.
I went to Costco today, sans mask. As God intended. Nobody asked for proof of vaccination.
What I did see was everyone in a family wearing masks including the little kids. Little girl riding in the cart was saying, "I have counted 10 people not wearing masks!" Dad was telling her, "It's OK."
Welcome to the most compliant generation this country will ever know. As. By. Design.

When I walked into Costco yesterday, I had a mask in my hand just in case. Almost everyone coming out and going in wore one, so I assumed they were keeping the policy. But, I held it up to the guy at the door and said "is this optional or no?" he said optional if you were fully vaccinated. Which I am . . . but, how would they even know? I said ok, I'm good and walked in. I'd say 90% of everyone in there was still masked. Same with Wally World today.
Harbor Freight also was mask required today. Figured they would have dropped it like a bad habit, but no.
I don't follow Covid news, and it was by accident that I even clicked on an article saying that Colorado was lifting the restrictions this weekend. I wonder how many people don't know. A lot of it is habit. This generation isn't any more or less compliant than any other generation.
That may be true. WW2 we had significant rationing and press censoring. Not that it wasn't necessary. Most people didn't bitch about whether or not the troops were actually needing/getting (x) grocery item though; and simply complied. Yet among many groups of people there was significant rule bending and even outright forgery of ration books. It is not apples to apples, but it shows even when a cause is quite justified, some will drive in the lines and others will do anything they can to drive on the shoulder - even in cases where society is in agreement of the morality of it. (It is not in agreement on covid. Back then, but forging and buying/selling rations stamps was morally wrong, yet many, many people did it anyway, cause gotta make pie for church potluck)

I stopped wearing a mask in Lowes a couple months ago and they haven't had any issues. Of course they were one of the last stores to even require them so I figured they wouldn't mind.
I'm looking forward to Costco without a mask. They've been very strict about it.
I went into Noodles yesterday to grab my pickup without a mask, people gave me some sideways glares, but stayed quiet.
I've never made my kids wear masks in stores this entire time. My 11 year old does anyway because she's used to it from school and doesnt want any confrontation. I tell her she can take it off, but she keeps it on usually. Her choice. My 7 year old won't wear them anywhere it's not absolutely required which is pretty much only school. She's never worn one in a store. The 3 year old obviously doesn't.
JeffCo said they will still require them in school, which is total BS. But I suspect the teachers have pressured them for that policy. They better not require them in fall.

Over the weekend ended up in Flatirons Church in Lafayette, the Evergreen Walmart, Home Depot and throughout Colorado Mills Mall. I didn't wear a mask and it felt brazen and revolutionary! Except for at church where a minority was wearing masks, everywhere else it was closer to 98% masks. The signs are still up at the doors to stores, but no enforcement. I saw several people look at me without a mask for a couple seconds and you can see their wheels spinning, and then they would take their masks off or pull it down to their chin.
I'm vaccinated so I'm not doing it to flip off "the man". But wow was that weird to be in a crowded mall and be the only person without a mask.

Why? Remember: Only Dead Fish Swim with the Current. You made a choice, stand by it. The finger pointing, guilt tripping of the MUST WEAR A MASK ,mentality has subjugated the masses in to believing everything they're told.
Individual freedom & thought process, has been hammered out of the populace. Putting you, and others like us, in one more minority.
AS long as the people follow the mask mandate, OOPS no longer required by CDC. The higher ups will always be able to exert their power. Without firing a shot.

I'm at Costco right now sans mask. I'd say maybe 25% of people without, which is good, but could be more.

My wife says if her job was to flip a sign while standing on the street, she'd probably wear a mask as well. Seems like a fair point.

That mask is probably for diesel fumes from construction trucks and heavy equipment.

I was referring specifically to the toddler. They did what the government told them to do (because their young parents did the same) before they had the ability to develop reasoning around why it was the way it was. They?re more likely to reflexively respond to what they?re told to do later in life.
That describes every toddler ever though. Anyway, I smiled at a lot of people without my mask today. I smile at a lot of people all the time, but now they can tell again.
I recognized a guy (who was wearing a mask) merely by his voice today, he was working at Napa. Haven't seen him in 20 years. He didn't "look" familiar, even less so with a mask on. And it isn't that distinctive of a voice either. But I knew it 100% within half a sentence spoken. The mind never ceases to amaze.
Also not a humblebrag.
I can see occasionally someone at work (~250 employees) and not recognize them when they come back through the same door 20 minutes later. My ability to recognize people has to be equivalent to a mentally challenged kid on an average day.
Since I am introverted, I will continue to wear a mask. It is good to cover 1/3 of my face with mask, and rest with sunglasses.

I'm not surprised at Rather being confused. He's been confused since the 1980s.
I love the diatribes and accusations coming from those lacking even a basic understanding of science. There is a difference between wearing a mask to prevent spread by asymptomatic infected and wearing a mask to protect yourself. The ubiquitous cloth or surgical masks are not to protect the wearer, they are the prevent the wearer from unknowingly spreading contagion to vulnerable individuals. If your purpose is self-protection, you want a much better mask (you'll get SOME protection from any kind of mask but of course the effectiveness is diminished).
At least as for my experience, people masked when mask is required. Business or facilities with no mask for vaccinated had some masked.
No stupid pro masker nor anti maskers policing with self made ticket books.

I've been in one of those situations where, I NEED A REST ROOM NOW! Open the "woman's" restroom door and say I need to enter, coming in. Do what's necessary and leave
. 2x over the years, i've had someone say HEY THIS IS THE WOMANS BATHROOM . I look at them with a serious face and say. Excuse me. Are you questioning how i identify??? The look on their face is priceless. UM NO I'M SORRY. Well ok then, have a good day.
Fucking liberals, beat them, at their own game .
As a lot of people will, when it comes to being asked why you're not wearing a yellow star. Umm i had my shot, and keep going.
I'd wager there's a shady lawyer or two, just waiting for someone, looking to set an example of some business.
AND YES I KNOW Their business, their rules. HOWEVER asking is one thing, being required, or forced to show a vaccine card. Oh hell no.

Ha! Ha! Ha!
There are typically a few convenience stores that typically hit in the mornings. I have pretty much stuck to these stores because all throughout the past year they haven?t really catered to the mask wearing crowd.
Anyways, there is a convenience store that I know is usually pretty busy and definitely always see everyone masked up so thought I?d pop in there this morning on my way to work. Out of the three employees that I saw and roughly eight or ten customers I was the only one not wearing a mask.
I didn?t get any dirty looks from anyone.
I?m thinking the lack of media coverage surrounding the latest guidelines (easing of restrictions) has left a lot of people out of the loop. Certainly everyone in the store this morning couldn?t be choosing to mask up just because they wanted to? I assume they are still playing along with the last executive order?
Culver's in Rifle has a sign that says no mask if vaccinated.
FWIW in the People's Republic of Boulder, only one of the four businesses I visited today required a mask. The one was for a haircut and I get that's a lot of up close time, vax or not. But Home Depot, pharmacy, and grocery were mask-free zones. I'd guess that 90% still had masks (both customers and employees) but nobody gave me any grief for walking face naked. In a couple weeks, a lot more will be comfortable going au naturel again.
Personally, I didn't hesitate to get the shots and I strongly recommend it to anyone I know. But you do you.

I was mildly irritated my son's preschool decided parents still have to wear masks while on grounds for the last few weeks of school.
I am one of the few who has not worn one, with a few exceptions, for the duration. I have had been asked to put on a mask at 2 businesses, both of which offered me a free one, and I was in and out. I didn't even try at the medical buildings and the one time I had to go in to my bank, I just complied like a good boy. The rest of the time people have almost universally been extraordinarily friendly to me. I think that may be attributed to me having the only human face in a crowd of masks. Short women ask me to hand them stuff from the top shelf while shopping, people I don't know stop to talk to me and say hi to my kids, smiles and nods abound...it's been interesting.
I have no interest in being involved in round one of experimental drug. Not with the super low risk I run from the china flu. If it was a serious threat, I'd probably change my mind on that stance. With that said, I do get a flu shot every year. Whatever that indicates.

Edit to add - My wife works for a California based corporation. They have indicated they will not be dropping the mask mandate any time soon. It's ridiculous.

Even the mask proponents don't seem to understand the rationale or science behind this but the rationalizations from the anti-maskers also make me cringe.
1) The purpose behind having the general population wear fairly low-grade masks was and is to lower the spread from infected individuals (symptomatic or not). The point was to reduce the spread from -- not protect -- the mask wearer.
2) If you had a high risk from the WuFlu, you should be wearing a much higher grade mask than the cheap disposables or handsewn reuseables to protect you.
3) The people most at risk of spreading it were asymptomatic infected people so while none of the vaccines are 100% effective, it's most important for the unvaccinated to wear the masks (or was -- herd immunity tends to ameliorate this). I might not have bothered with the vaccine myself if it wasn't for family pressure but the personal risk from the vaccine is probably even lower than from the disease. You can be infected and have a low enough viral load to not feel it but high enough to spread it -- that's been shown repeatedly. The vaccine increases the body's defenses so that low viral load is fought off immediately and reduces or eliminates the potential for spread; hence the push to vaccinate even people who are at low risk for the disease.
4) Most people I know don't like to be the dick tattling on or getting in the face of the non-wearer. In fact, they will probably overcompensate by being particularly friendly to the person to their face.

Literally EVERYONE has heard the "masks protect others" argument ad nauseam. (Still weird how masks didn't "protect others" early on though). None of us need anymore 'educating' on that subject.
And it no longer applies anyway, as has been shown by states the stopped mandating them months ago (and others that never did).
"Protect others" is tired. Time to give that narrative the rest it deserves.

Numbers 1 through 3 are no longer relevant anyway, and all are the same "you hate others if you won't wear a mask" argument. Number 4 is classic though. Number 4 implies that not only are mask true-believers cowards too afraid to stand up for what they truly believe in, they will also have the gall to smile in my face and then shit talk about it later. Probably claiming to their cohorts that they "got me good" with "a look" or something. Classic stuff.

Literally EVERYONE has heard the "masks protect others" argument ad nauseam. (Still weird how masks didn't "protect others" early on though).
Oh but it did -- in areas where the mask wear was implemented effectively (Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, etc.). I've noted ad nauseam that the measures in those locales went against American constitutional protections and some values but the fact remains that general mask wear is effective against respiratory viruses and it's precisely the asymptomatic infected population that needs to exercise it the most. The problem with an infectious agent is that it doesn't take a lot of people ignoring the protocols to render them ineffective (the same thing holds for computer security protocols BTW).
None of us need anymore 'educating' on that subject.
Clearly some of us do because some of us are still spouting nonsense equating the mask wear to personal protection. Even a year later, it's clear a lot of people on both sides of the issue don't really understand what general mask wear was supposed to do.
And it no longer applies anyway, as has been shown by states the stopped mandating them months ago (and others that never did).
I agree it never made sense as a universal mandate because many locales were not conducive to the spread of respiratory viruses. I've said before that treating a small town that was generally isolated from visitors and had residents spread far apart anyway like it was Denver or NYC was ridiculous. OTOH, wailing about mask Nazis because "my risk is low" ignores the point -- and that's one reason we DIDN'T lick this thing last spring/summer and gave the Dummycrats excuses to change election procedures and put a senile figurehead in the Oval Office.
"Protect others" is tired. Time to give that narrative the rest it deserves.
Fauci's and the CDC's missteps and bureaucratic overreaches don't mean the general idea was incorrect nor do they mean that knee-jerk anti-masking or anti-vaxxing is correct. The ads and TV commercials make me nauseous too but they actually gain support in the general populace from people being openly defiant -- it's a lot like the open carry zealots who insisted on slinging an AR or AK over their shoulder before heading into Starbucks or Wal-mart. Japan and Taiwan learned from SARS and MERS and had the issue licked before we even took it seriously.

OTOH, wailing about mask Nazis because "my risk is low" ignores the point -- and that's one reason we DIDN'T lick this thing last spring/summer
You mean after the make believe scientists demanded we NOT wear masks and screamed "they don't work!" all while encouraging people to aggressively confront anyone wearing a real respirator in public to shame them into giving their proper PPE to the authorities? No new science was discovered when they went from "masks don't work!" to "wear your mask to protect others". They knew masks worked then too but were more interested in politics and covering up their own failures for long enough to secure what they wanted before they changed the "science" and let the general pop in on it.
The scientists beat EVERYONE to the punch with mask misinformation BS long before anyone wailed about mask Nazis.
Even worse was the political pressure to leave our borders OPEN until it was too late. That was the worst misstep of all and 100% politically motivated and supported by....the "experts".
Sure, some citizens didn't/don't comply, but the worst offenders of all are the so-called experts and politicians who KNEW better all along but chose to play games instead.
Most of the population was more than willing to comply until it was obvious we were being lied to daily. Lied to about masks not working. Lied to about closing borders. Lied to about numbers (remember when they said millions and millions would die even with prevention but turns out the models were known to be complete garbage and published anyway). Lied to about the vaccine (Dems and experts said it wouldn't work and it wouldn't be ready, but lied on both accounts). Lied to about where this originated. (Now all of the sudden the experts say there is evidence that it came from the lab even though they spent a year of fact checks saying otherwise. Anybody who wanted to could find evidence way back in Feb 2020 that the lab was actually producing bat born corona viruses). We have been knowingly lied to constantly this entire time.
I started following the virus mid January and started shoring up my preps aggressively on Jan 22nd 2020. And I'm just a dumb dumb commoner. I had plenty of respirators, sanitizing products, other PPE, etc before February. Do you really expect me to believe the CDC didn't know before me? Ha! I wore respirators in public once it hit Colorado even when the experts told us not to, because I didn't know how bad it would be. People yelled at me to turn my PPE over to the proper authorities because that's what the experts said they should do. Those same people yelled at me when I stopped consistently wearing masks too. The experts and authorities f'ed this up, not anti-maskers.
The biggest thing I've learned throughout this is "science" is for sale and TV scientists can't be trusted for a single second.
I do not trust 100% on WHO, NIH, CDC, FDA, SG, White House medical correspondence, Former HUD secretary (LOL), and etc. However, I do trust enough to take medicine and med procedures which was approved by many abc med agency which has a track record.
Either that or herbal home/family remedies for cancer, disorders, and infectious disease..
I also do not trust 25% of the hospitals including and not limited to popular univ hospitals.
Just an fyi Jon Caldera/The Independence Institute is hosting a mask burning party. If this was already posted my apologies.

Oh but it didn't... We just carried out the hypothetical presumptions with data from around the country... States with a mandate had 58% higher rates than states with out. Same holds similar with schools that required masks and schools that didn't. Look at Florida and California. Similar populations, similar case rates but wildly different approaches to preventing the spread..
Using those particular Asian countries is not accurate. There's a theory that a particular TB vaccine that is widely distributed in those countries but not in western countries is the reason for the low infection rates.
The jig is up... The masks didn't do shit... And most everyone knows that.

first drawing is probably 1: ~2.7m (vax)
next one is 1: Vax+ dVax/7days and on..
Less people getting vexed relative to change in time, better the odds.
So is the lottery accessing individual vaccination records to determine who won a HIPAA violation? Especially since if you win, you can't remain anonymous and your Vax status becomes publicly disclosed...
~60% already vaxxed. nothing to be secret about pfe/mod/jnj vaccine status.

Whose numbers are those?
Based on the push to get people vaccinated, along with the nationwide "give away" and lottery opportunities. There seems to be a serious push, to convince people they should get vaccinated. Instead of there being 100% compliance, it's more like maybe 40-50%, if that. Depending where one lives in the country
Bribing people to get the shot, is not getting the compliance numbers we seem to hear about. If it was, why the 4 yr tuition's , super bowl tickets, and other GRAND PRIZES ! ! !

Ok but whose numbers are you using?
The next question is. For all those vaxxed Before this bribing. What do they get, since everyone's a winner? If one were to apply equality to the deck. Anyone with proof of vaccine, should have an equal chance, to win.
Any who are vaxed and show up on the states vaccine record has a chance. Doesn't matter when you got chipped
I think the 50% might be a stretch but I could be wrong. I guarantee the percentage of people that I know who are vaccinated is well below 50%. Maybe it?s just the crowd that I run with.

I am not sure but vaxxed people before Bribing do get auto matically entered. it said anyone who got vaxxed with some provision.
How does someone enter the drawing?
Entries are automatic upon an individual receiving at least the first shot of the COVID-19 vaccination and the individual?s vaccination information being received and accepted as valid by the Colorado Immunization Information System (CIIS) by 11:59:59pm Mountain Standard Time the night before the drawing. That is the only way to enter the drawing.

I forgot I was not wearing a mask. Employee and customer don't care crap. Still fedex required it, so I ask my kid to grab one from the vehicle asap.

As well as support red flag laws and tougher background checks. Which we all know isn't the truth, same way a lot of us question the " vaccinated" numbers.

why not? But you're missing what i'm saying. There's a serious disinformation blitz when it comes to this virus, vaccine etc.
I know that many ones who just has a virus and die from heart attack was considered covid related death. I've seen that in real life. They really skew the data on that.
so. as for vaccine, they have a record of people getting vaccinated by clinic/pharmacy/hospital and state sum up the number.
curious.
Do they just botch or make up the person who got vaccinated with name and etc?
This can be done but little more sophisticated to pull it off.
How do they get names and fill the head count of fake vaxxed number?

Just to revisit this. Regarding college tuition. The scores are gamed every semester to get those athletic scholarships.. For a potential future NFL RB, who couldn't add to 10, if he counted on both hands. Politicians game the system to get their kids in to a better ranked college, so it looks good on their CV.

You answered your question. Considering how the election turned out, where states stopped counting ballots. Then resumed late in to the morning.
OR as in AZ, called it for biden without all the ballots counted. The alleged trump train was supposedly 90+ miles long. While media outlets disputed that number. NO media outlet countered with their own.

Yeah any number is possible
. They're throwing out random numbers, to show more people are getting vaccinated, than they really are.
I think cost of rigging outweighs the benefit state will receive.
State has to be on a lawsuit death wish to do that. Again. anything is still possible. i ve seen many full potato shits in my life. LOL.
