View Full Version : A few days without sunshine?
?feels like I am back in Ohio [Sarcasm2]
Rain it can happen sometimes. If this rain fall keeps up I bet my humidity sensor will read over 80%....slow light drizzle is the best to let the ground drink up a bit.
I hope this rain manages to make up over the sort of dry winter we had.

looks like the west side of Colorado is bone dry based on that drought map.
Sunshine in North Csprings.
Local: This morning rain never lasts past noon.
Visitor (at 1pm): I thought you said that the morning rain never lasts past noon?
Local: It didn't. This is afternoon rain.
Took a pic of my backyard as the grass looks great, I'm sure in a month it won't LOL
Without a doubt many ranchers out east are breathing a big sigh of relieve.
Loving all the rain.

10 years in Ohio. The best thing I saw was the state line in the rear view mirror.
It has been cloudy here but I know it will be sunny tomorrow.
Kansas and Eastern CO are the greenest I've ever seen.
Loved the cloud cover on the way back from indy. No sun in the eyes from the state line to Denver as it usually is.

.
Here in the important part of the state we had the snowiest winter in 37 years.
Feels like Seattle - no wonder they drink so much coffee [ROFL1].

Holy crap, that?s what we call them when it rains all day long- ?Ohio Days?. Sunday was a Cincinnati Steamer?
I haven?t turned on my sprinklers yet, a new record and good because the dogs ate some tubing?. Looks like I?ll have to turn them on this week though?

Sunny and almost 80 degrees out here!

😀, that proves it, the world has gone crazy!
Bright sun and blue sky this morning. Over 3 1/2 inches of rain in the prior three days.
Rainy days is a good excuse for cooking inside.
Now it's nice, back outside to work on something.
Yep; see the title and start thinking of the old classic song

Not an official rick roll event - but you might think that seeing who is singing the song.
It is a good covered version

We'd kill for even a 1/2 day of rain, down here. EXTREME fire danger across the state, not good.
Cincinnati... my in laws back then use to turn on a sprinkler about once a week during summer.
I didn't believe them until I was there for about 2 weeks to help them move out to WA.
I was cleaning their stairs and I was sweating sitting down. Very humid.
Colorado should adopt AZ and NV and have artificial grass or rocks on their yard.

Eh. Don?t be impatient. I?m sure monsoon season is just around the corner down your way.
BTW going back to Original topic..
It was raining pretty hard around 3:05-3:15 in Thornton. I had to close all the truck window.
If it rains like this once a week during summer, I think I can save about 60+/mo on water.
