Customers come in with handguns open carry and concealed. No rifles or long guns, please. The owner is a good shot with her pink AR and is pretty good with her 4" 44 mag.

Seeing the POST about Bob & Earl’s down in Trinidad reminded me that they serve the BEST Chili Cheeseburgers and Chili Cheese fries.

The CCB at Milt's, in Moab, is pretty damn good.

Definitely look this place up next time I'm in Trinidad.

dropped by the beginning of the week.

PROS: nice little neighborhood restaurant. Clearly a local favorite.
good food.
friendly service
plenty of room to be seated.


If you're in the area, stop by.



BUT be patient. Like every other business, especially food service. They're understaffed. KUDOS to the waitstaff, as they were hustling non stop while i was there.
