View Full Version : securing firearm in a vehicle

neither of my cars has either a trunk or lockable glove box and I'm really not too keen on stuffing it under the seat, which is what I'm left with for the most part.

any other ideas that aren't going to cost too much cash?

get some sort of small fire proof safe and padlock it to a seat bracket. lock the gun itself down to the seat bracket with a small dog type chain and padlock...

I picked up a small electronic safe at the last gun show cheap and plan to mount it in the trunk or somewhere so I can stash the gun in it.

my quick thoughts... sure someone else will suggest some ideas...

Looks like you might be able to mount this some where as well, but if someone sees it, they are probably going to spend a few extra minutes in your car trying to get it free.
