The dissenting judge should be removed from the bench and disbarred.

Good deal. Let's see how long before that's overturned.
Dissenting judge's opinion is 52 pages out of the 141 total in the ruling.
The first page clearly indicates he needs to be smacked

18 year olds are either adults or they're not.
I'm still astonished at the notion of a 19 year old being charged with "underaged possession of alcohol."
This stupidity has even infected the military. When I was in the Army if you were old enough to wear the uniform, you were old enough to drink.
Now commanders and Sergeants Major (who themselves drank at 18) sanctimoniously rail against "underaged" soldiers drinking alcohol (as if they didn't do just that when THEY were 18, which you know damn well they did.)
If an 18 year old is old enough to sign a contract, get married, join the military, and be held accountable for his actions as an adult, he should be old enough to do anything an adult can do.
We don't do our kids any favors when we try to shield them from the world. We might make OURSELVES feel better, but it doesn't help THEM.
Good deal. Let's see how long before that's overturned.
Are we there yet?

That's how I feel about it. It's either the age of majority...or it isn't. Knock it off with this parsing out of adulthood in pieces.

mature enough to vote @ 16. But not old enough to own a handgun @ 18. The irony of the left.

...
Sounds much like the rant a liquor store owner went on one evening where I went to buy a couple six packs. I was at the cash register reaching for my wallet when the owner asked for my ID. When he saw my meal card he said nevermind and went into the rant. I paid for the beer, he wished me safe travels and we went our separate ways.
That was shortly after the drinking age was moved to 21. The incident has stayed with me. Something about that store owner made me feel like he'd been there, done that. When I think of him, and that brief exchange, I hope he's had good fortune and the best of luck.

Gov't: "You're in the military now. Here's your handgun and your rifle."
Also the Gov't: "You're only 18. You're not old enough to buy a handgun from someone licensed by the Gov't."

I'm not sure we can blame this one entirely on the left.
Adding on to the stupidy...
If you can be claimed as a dependent by your parents, you are not adult enough to make decisions and should be excluded from all grown up activities such as voting, taking lones, ect.
