Tractor trailer on the side of the road with hood up. Lots of LEO's and unmarked cars. Snowplow from DOT blocking the road. Must be a hazardous cargo. Both lanes closed. Best way around is to take the 108 through Pueblo West. Then get back on I-25 via US 50.
