I have a generator that has been sitting for years, about 3 years ago I couldn?t get it to start, I have been fiddling with it off and on, cleaning the carb, but it just wouldn?t run.

Finally figured out it was the carb, and just recently discovered that I could get a carb for about $15 on Amazon.

While looking at the carburetors, I discovered this:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B019RMVAZK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I got it delivered yesterday and 10 minutes later we were off to the races??..

Realized I did not actually have a spare propane hose, so got one in today and hooked it up and now we are running on LP.

Easy peasy.

A touch less efficient, but no jacking with plugged carbs.

I specifically bought a DF generator for the same reason. And I run ethanol free gas in everything with a carb

A little less power generated, but often can get longer run times. It's nice to have options, so good find on making your generator more useful to you.

I have dozens of natural gas rated hoses if you need an extension. I used them to build portable smelters to melt gold & silver.

Thanks for the offer, I obtained one.

If it had been an emergency I have several that are connected to various LP appliances, just did not want to chop one up since it was a day away at the amazon.
