New-to-me way of vacuum sealing jars

Hi guys,

You may know that Food Saver has two attachments that fit over both regular and wide mouth jar lids, so you can vacuum seal stuff into canning jars. Unfortunately, this can affect the life of your Food Saver.

I've recently discovered a channel on Youtube that demonstrates how to vacuum seal a canning jar with the Food Saver lid attachments, using a Brake Bleeder.
I'm here to tell you that it works.
I picked up a Brake Bleeder at Harbor Freight for @ $25 early this year, and have been sealing stuff in 1/2 gallon jars and quart jars.
