Thank God, the sad thing is it wasn’t 9-0

Justice Roberts and Kavanaugh joined with liberal Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, and Stephen Breyer to rule in favor of the mandate on healthcare workers in Medicare and Medicaid-funded settings, resulting in a 5-4 decision.

So sadly our health care system is still going to collapse ... and apparently health care workers don't have the same level of human rights as everyone else.

Praying that we see a split in the health care industry with those unwilling to concede to Evil Tyranny forming their own Medical Schools, ER, Hospitals, and Clinics.

That will be really hard to do, especially with people in line with the Agenda being in control of the licensing authorities.

As suspected. My wifes company dropped the hammer last Friday saying anyone not vaccinated by this past Monday was terminated. We both assumed it was because the company wanted to force it before the Supreme court ruled this week.

What I find most distressing is that the wrong question was asked and answered.

The question that was asked and answered was "Can the government require a company with 100 or more employees to force their employees into being vaccinated?"

The questions the Supreme Court should have been required to answer is "(1) Can the government or any other organization mandate a citizen to receive any form of medical care against their will? (2) Can the government or any other organization penalize citizens for not receiving any form of medical care when they choose not to receive such care?"

All part of the grand plan to push our country to socialized healthcare. Some day we will all have the teeth of a Brit.

They've already decided that we have to buy a product (health insurance) whether we need it or not.

To add to this, I'm surprised this hasn't been pushed further. The stretch by SCOTUS to find Obamacare Constitutional as a "tax" could easily be the progressives'/socialists' path forward.

You don't want to get vaccinated? You've been deemed to be a negative impact to society and you must buy an additional insurance policy to cover the expense or pay a "tax" to behave in this way. You want to have guns and ammo? That has been deemed to be a negative impact to society and you must buy an additional insurance policy to cover the expense or pay a "tax" to behave this way.

Of course this same government would be the arbiter of the statistics used to define such risks (with an incentive to pry more dollars from the people to feed its endless appetite).

You either comply, pay the tax, or break the law. It's basically a spin on Islam where infidels have the option to convert, pay jizya, or die.
