Looking for a gunsmith to add iron sights

I picked up a .375 rifle and it doesn?t have iron sights. I would like to find a gunsmith that would be able to cut down the barrel a few inches and add iron sights to the rifle.
it?s probably going to need a full wrap around barrel band type front sight and basic v ground rear sight.

can anyone here recommend a place that would be able to do this for me?
