Besides the three surplus shops (Arvada, Hwy 36 & Pecos, Broadway & Hampden), are there any survival/preparedness focused stores in Denver Metro?

The older shops in downtown Littleton (Rapid Fire Bunker), downtown Englewood (north of the surplus location a block or two), and Hwy 52 & I-25 (Preparedness Gear?) have all closed over the past few years.

I do know that Warrior Revolution has some medical stuff in their new expanded Longmont location, but still pretty limited.

Interesting and unfortunate. There was budding prep store in Grand Junction a few years ago but I don't think it survived longer than 6 months. High prices on limited inventory doesn't attract the typical frugal prepper. Especially when one can go to Sam's Club next door and buy 50 lb. bags of pinto beans, flour and rice, etc., and freeze or vacuum pack it for a fraction of the cost. The internet is a big universe with so many businesses that don't have to pay retail space rent.

Capitalism is a beautiful thing unless you can't get it at Montgomery Wards. But then, there isn't anything you can or can't get at Montgomery Wards.

I am still kinda of surprised there is not one dedicated store that sells things like desiccant, bleach crystals, functional gas masks, etc. Maybe not able to compete on the bulk commodities, but some folks still like cash and carry retail.

As much as we hate Jax for their stance on selling black rifles a few years ago, they?re likely the place you?re looking for. I believe they do carry much of that list.
