Get us up to speed. Was that dude that got shot a suspected criminal? Or just some innocent guy sleeping on the wrong couch?

Ouch.

Seemed the like officer that fired was a bit surprised right after the shot. He almost did a double take before continuing and announcing he saw the gun. His mind had to catch up with his muscles.
