We haven't had a scheduled open to the public event in quite awhile so I thought some of you on the board would be interested in attending. We are scheduled to April 30 and May 1 at the Pawnee Sportsmens Center. All the info is in the flyer if you are intersted attending. The pricing will vary based on the firearm and will be available at the event.

Well, this looks like fun!

Can people bring their own MG's to shoot?

Thanks for letting us know. I talked with a buddy a couple weeks ago about this type of event. I will send it over to him. Still got the .50 mount for the Humvee?

Once you pay your $20 you can bring your own guns including MG's but you won't be shooting them on the bay we have dedicated. That is the great thing about shooting at the Pawnee Sportsmens Center is that you can make a day of shooting your own stuff and then come and shoot some of ours.

See you guys there,
alan

We sold the Hummer several years ago and have the bobbed Duece now. I will be bringing two M2HB's. One will be on a ground mount and the other will be in seated mount.

If I want to bring up a belt fed to shoot what do I do for targets?

You would probably need to bring your own as they supply paper targets and stand only. You can also call and talk to Dick who owns the place for any recommendations.

That's awesome. I forwarded the info to him and we talked yesterday. If he is not out of town working, he said he would be there. I even plugged you for private corporate event if his schedule doesn't work for this event.

Thanks! I hadn't posted on here in awhile and I thought the board members may have an interest.

How big is this event going to be? Compared to the Cheyenne Wells shoots of yesteryear? Will Denver Bullets be there with all their toys?

If you show up that will be one more person. It is only big as you can make it.

Good thing the big H1 Hummer is sold.
The Colorado DMV just revoked all the titles for AM General Hummers and reissued "off road only" titles.
No distinction between civilian H1's and the ex-military models.
Article in the Denver Gazette indicates the DMV will change the titles on all other military vehicles in phase 2.

Including Pinzgauers?

No, it explicitly targets US made military vehicles. Foreign vehicles are exempted.

Interesting. The article specifically mentioned it only targeted US military vehicles. That definition appears to be all-inclusive.

No mention of this on the Pawnee website.
Or on https://www.machineguntours.com/, for that matters...
That is not going to help...
