This means a veterinarian gets paid everytime an animal needs penicillin. This means the cost of meat and milk is about to go even higher.
You WILL eat the bugs...

I am conflicted on this one. As a scientist/engineer, I understand that antibiotic overuse/resistance is a real thing. As a liberty loving citizen, I tend to reject additional regulations for people who are not being stupid.

Government getting into more of our daily lives. Yay. We're saved.

Those jackasses couldn't function without us.
...and I'm increasingly wanting to give that a try.

My family owns a small ranch, and we are aware of it. My sister managed the ranch for 35 years, and she knows what she is doing. This is stupid, and it will create all kinds of issues for small producers especially during calving season. It is a completely unnecessary use of over regulation, and it will increase the operating costs on an operation that has a slim profit margin. I thought my sister was going to die out in the fields because that is what she loves. However, she is talking now about retiring and getting ready to sub divide and sell off the land; which I guess is what corporate America wants. If you haven't tasted the difference between a small producer and the garbage at the supermarket, you should. Well, I guess it's another example of the country going to shit.
