USPSA meet in Palisade. Sheriff says he's not going to waste his time trying to enforce a poorly written law banning "high capacity" magazines among the 200 competitors.

Eileen McCarron

They misspelled McKaren.

P.S. She can eat a bag of dicks.

Nice.

Eileen McCarron of Colorado Ceasefire, meet Second Amendment Sanctuary County. Like Sheriff Rowell said, he and his deputies have better things to do than check people's magazines.

Didn't all but two of the sheriffs, in CO, tell Hickenlooper they would not enforce any magazine bans? Has that changed any?

Yes, those Sheriffs are all gone. Terms limits. The number who say it is enforceable is still a majority. It is a legal quagmire with Several "Technical Guidance" briefs from three AGs (interestingly enough, those have not been accessible for almost 3 days now) and numerous DA technical guidance, opinions regarding the law. Being a "State Law" with differential enforcement seems to be a tactic heading for another legal battle. The sitting AG, Phil Weiser, well, not trustworthy. The guy running to take his seat, John Kellner, do whatever you have to to get any fence sitters you know to return CO to the rule of law...at a minimum.
