f'chrissake - sriracha "cock sauce" is not the only hot sauce in the world. Tabasco, Louisiana, Crystal, Texas Pete, Cholula, Dave's, and hundreds of others out there, and they didn't all run out of peppers.

I prefer the Tabasco brand sriracha anyway. Has much better flavor.
