With the escalating bad news from Uvalde, I thought it might be good to see bad ass police work.

Hostage situation. Boom. Hell of a shot. This is how it's done.

KCSO is why LA gangs no longer rob banks in Bakersfield. When you send enough of them back in body bags, they stop trying.

That’s how you do it!
Take note criminals.

Good job. The lighting inside the guard shack was dim from what the bodycam showed, so definitely a good shot. Problem solved once and for all.

My wife is from Bakersfield and my brother and some of his family now live there. Our family spent many summers at Lake Isabella and traveling to and from Bakersfield. The Kern County sheriffs have never fucked around with criminal types. Biker clubs were welcomed as long as they did not cause trouble and HA had annual runs to the lake. The summer that they started to cause trouble with the locals was the last time they were welcome in Kern county.
When the LA area gangs thought they could go over the pass from the Valley to Bakersfield and rob businesses and banks, they found out pretty quickly that it was a one way trip.

Bang, bang, stop or I’ll shoot! In that order!
